Holzmaden Ammonite Jurassic Germany

This beautiful Dactylioceras ammonite comes from the famous Holzmaden region of Germany, known for its incredibly well-preserved Jurassic fossils. The ammonites, with their coiled shells and detailed ribbing, are naturally embedded in fine shale and date back around 180 million years.
