Shipping & Returns

Conditions for Returns:

• Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.  To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Credit Card Fees: Credit card fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable as these are not returned to us.  Please be aware that these fees can be a significant cost to us.   If a store credit is chosen then the full amount will be included. 

• Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Exceptions:

• If the item is not as described, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, shipping charges and credit card fees.
  
  Shipping:

• Orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days.  Most often it is shipped the next business day. We are able to accommodate same day shipping if the order is before 10 a.m. EST.  This does not include weekends.  For example, an order placed on Friday after 10 a.m. EST will ship Monday.

 

• Packages are deemed lost for refund issuance if it has been 30 days domestically and 60 days internationally.

International Shipping Policy

We have successfully shipped orders to more than 60 countries worldwide, and in nearly every case, packages arrive without issue. Fossil shark teeth are legal to import in every country we’ve shipped to so far, and they typically pass through customs with minimal delay.

Please note:

• Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country are your responsibility. These charges are based on the declared value of the package.

• We cannot and will not declare a lower value, mark packages as “gifts,” or alter item descriptions. U.S. law requires us to provide accurate customs declarations.

• By placing an order, you agree to pay any import duties or taxes required by your country.

If you refuse delivery for any reason, you will only be refunded for the cost of the items once they are safely returned to us. Shipping charges (including the cost of return shipping) are non-refundable.

It is always far more cost-effective to simply pay any import duty and enjoy your authentic fossil than to pay for international shipping both ways and end up with nothing to show for it.

 

Shipping Policy — In-Store Display Items

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

• Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination — there is no flat rate. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival — these are separate from the shipping cost and not included in the order total.

Carrier

Orders are shipped via DHL, with tracking provided for all shipments.
