Crocodile jaw Morocco
This partial Trematochampsid maxilla from the Kem Kem Beds of Morocco dates to the Cretaceous period (~95 million years ago). Though toothless, the bone preserves important structural details that help identify it as belonging to this rare crocodyliform predator. Unearthed from a region famous for Spinosaurus and other iconic dinosaurs, it represents a genuine piece of North Africa’s prehistoric ecosystem.
