Bluntnose Sixgill Shark Jaw

Skillfully prepared for the pickiest of collectors. Minimal wear, which is unusual for this species...they tend to wear their tooth a fair amount. I'm not sure if the tooth replacement is slower than other sharks, but it's not unusual to see a jaw with most of the teeth worn, especially in the larger sharks. This one has excellent teeth with only the primary cusp missing on one tooth. The cartilage is about as good as they get. Fantastic jaw that is rarely offered in this condition. Most are twisted and yellow.
