GEM Grade Multi Chambered Agatized Coral Geode

This amazing geode has five separate chambers. Three of which have a micro drusy surface. The other two chambers have larger, gem grade drusy crystals. The cut surface of this specimen has been polished to high lustre, further enhancing the inner structures of the chalcedony. Another very interesting aspect of this piece are the clam bore holes that most likely led to the demise of this coral colony. There are three complete bore holes and three partials left as evidence of this prehistoric predation. Certainly one of the finest specimens we have hadin our collections.
