Not only is this tooth in nearly perfect condtion, but the fact that it's nearly 5 inches is amazing. Very rarely do you get both attibutes --- large size and excellent preservation on a megalodon tooth, let alone an angustidens of riduculous proportions. This would probably be the equivalent to a 7 inch meg.

I haven't seen a bourlette quite like this one on any shark tooth...it goes way up on the root and flows seamlessly into the crown most of the way across. It is sharply serrated and both cusps are intact. There is no repair or restoration. This is a very rare opportunity to own one of the largest and nicest angutidens out there.
